Please help

I want to find a wireless data plan for my laptop. Here is the requirement:

1)The plan doesn't require any contract

2)The plan is for computer only and doesn't require the purchase of  phone and phone  service

 

Do we have this kind of wireless data plan on the market? Which plan is the best one?
