請教，remote server problem

我在把我做的東西存下來的時候keep getting this quote ," could not allocate space for object 'tmp_EFW-EFlineItem' in database " topsdata' because the 'primary' filegroup is full". 我google了一下，有人問過這個問題，可解答太專業，我不懂，有人能通俗的給我解釋一下嗎？這個問題我需要找專業IT來幫我臨陣解決嗎？
