請教用sipgate大中國的dial plan，主要是備用

最近用viopdiscount和callwithus打中國某些地方效果不太好，一直有sipgate，但都沒用，可是一用卻不好使，打美國，demestic,沒問題。

由於sipgate是default,我現在的dialplan是：|1[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|<0:0086>xx.|
