THere are some settings like enable/disable wireless, and also mac address blocking enable/disable. Make sure they are set correctly.

My linksys wrt54gl has similar problem. Wired works but wireless stop working. I changed to tomato firmware and it worked for a couple of days and again stop working. I then changed the router and everything works fine.

How long have you been using the router?
