回複：各位電腦專家，請問非法下載東西在我的網絡賬號裏有記錄嗎？

Your IP address belongs to your ISP. When you use their service they assign it to you, and they keep your information in their system.

If you did download the film, and the film company got only your IP on their list, they should contact your ISP to get your contact infomation or they have to hack your home computer to get it. Otherwise from where do they get your contact infomation?
