Actually it is a name trick. It says the CPU is VIA C3 1.2 Giga, but never say the CPU can run at 1.2 Ghz. (just like AMD 1700 doesn't mean it runs at 1700 Mhz). If you have question on the performance, you can look at Sandra CPU benchamrk's all the CPUs performance comparison. Another bad thing is that you can't change the freq/mult of the mobo. He just learn an experience.
