誰用過unlocked smart phone 不付data plan費的？我最近買了

unlocked smart phone 用在att上，昨天突然發現有了data connection。懷疑是att自動加上了data plan，盡管我還收到通知。我孤狗了我的問題後發現，att就是這樣的，不管哪裏的smart phone，一旦檢測到你用，就自動收data

fee， 不管你用不用data。即使隻用wifi也不行。請問，其他的carrier是否也是這樣？
