Sony laptop black sreen questions.

Sorry, I there is no Chinese support in my computer, but you can answer me in Chinese.

I have a 13" sony laptop, which can be started on safe mode without problem. When loaded on normal mode, the window's vista window shows up first, then back out without any light. It does show error messages on the background of vertical striped line when turn on the power. It also suggests to change video adaptor. I have no experience and knowledge of computer hardware. Please help me for suggestions. Thanks
