New business model for tablets

The HP touchpad $99 firesale should inspire some companies, such as Amazon.

Amazon sooner will sell its tablets at its cost(hardware components). It will try to make money from its cloud computing service, such as book, music, movie and advertisement for all the items listed in its online store. This way more people will buy more tablets and pay the money for the service. Just like mobile phone business.
