My galaxy (verizon) tab can't connect to Verizon anymore

no matter what I tried. also apps run slow.

wi-fi is still ok.

So I called Verizon, they'll send me a replacement unit because it's still in warranty (bought last Nov).

 fitwxc, do you know any backup app? I'll need to back up everything and restore to the new unit. I know Titanium Backup, but it requires rooting, don't want to root galaxy yet.
