不小心把C盤'丟'了, XP裝不回去, 咋辦?

when re-install XP pro, at this prompt

delete D partition?

delete C partition?

I hit the wrong answer, C is now deleted.  I am stuck.  Cannot re-create C. 

Help please!  This is my Pentium 3 desktop, I want another 13 years life out of it :-(
