請教這裏的大俠們，買電腦和手提該注意些什麽？

打算買電腦和手提電腦。請問下

1。現在比較好的稗子和款式是什麽？

2。購買時應該注意哪些功能？如CPU 型號等。

3。哪些附加功能最能帶來方便？如finger print functions etc.

那天去BestBuy 看了下，發現Samsung 的手提挺漂亮。電腦額很外行。所以不敢光靠直覺和外觀就下單。

Samsung, HP,和 Dell, 哪家好些？最近Dell 股大跌，為什麽呀！
