請教如何從T-Mobile port in號碼到pageplus?

1st Phone: contract with T-mobile will end soon.

2nd Phone: current with Pageplus.

 

Could someone tell me how to port in the number of the 1st phone (T-mobile) into the 2nd phone (pageplus)?
