Try this......

If you see the logo but won't starting up Windows, press F12 and then choose last know Windows start-up.

If turn the power button on and nothing happen, perform the following......

Taking the battery out and starting it up again, the same?

In this case, the laptop screen could be out, connect it to a external monitor to see what's going on. The same?

Open your laptop by unscrew 6 or 8 screws on the bottom, find out that 2 ram slot, remove the memory card and plug in again. No luck?

The mother board might be broken.
