如果Apple真的決定用 x86  for all mobile devices. Apple 一定可以拿到很大的 Discount from Intel(may be a big bundle deal, include all CPUs for desktop/laptops/mobile devices, SSD/flash, and 3G/4G chip). Apple 也可以省下很多的R&D資金. 不必擔 CPU design/manufactrure 的風險. Apple's CPU has to pay license fee for both CPU and GPU unit, and foundry fee to Samsung. Apple going with Intel 也可得到很大的好處. 如果Apple真這樣, 那ARM可就慘了.Intel 短期可能會影響 Margin.但長期來說, HTC, LG, Motorola, Dell and HP  all will use x86 to make phones, ARM will be like RISC processors today after 5-7 years.

Microsoft + Nokia + Nvidia 的聯盟用ARM可很難對付 Intel + Apple 還有 Google(Google Chrom book is x86).
