Everybody Chill! The Nvidia-Microsoft Pact Is Actually 11 Years Old.
Reality, this is not good news to Nvidia because it's harder for others to buy Nvidia.
Microsoft just set to option to have right buy Nvidia if some one else wants to buy Nvidia. The best scenario for Nvidia is if Microsoft wants to be another Apple(mobile device company). They first buy Nokia mobile device division, then buy Nvidia. I doubt this would be the case because it doesn't seems to be making sense they spent $8.5B to buy skype. Skype main vaule is its custom base and multi-platform.
