為什麽台式電腦有時聲音會很響？那時反應很慢，CPU 90%用量。

5年前買的DELL台式電腦，去年把硬盤從80G升級到250G，內存從1G升級到2G。近來經常出現電腦有時聲音會很響，此時反應很慢，CPU 90%用量。持續幾分鍾後又恢複正常。請問大概是什麽原因造成？如何改進？
