怎麽樣對付廣告SPY?

不知道什麽時候我的PC被埋下了廣告SPY,
Uninstall 了也沒有用, 那個叫什麽ncase的
東西, 老來跳廣告, 惡心的很,
各位大俠, 有什麽高招嗎?
