I got it from AMD.com, spec said: die temperature 85C.
If the temperature is monitored by Microsoft XP, there should be a high temperature threshold setting in the system somewhere, but I could not find it.
If the reboot is caused by CPU, I don't know how it works, because I don't think there is temperature sensor build inside CPU. if there is a temperature sensor build inside CPU, I (software) have no control to it, and I think the 122F I read from BIOS is a temperature sensor outside of the CPU, but very close to CPU, if this sensor's temperature is 122F, the CPU's temperature will be much higher inside(DIE TEMPERATURE?)
