Garmin Nuvi 200 map update

My Garmin Nuvi 200 only has a total space of 991 MB. Could anyone give me a gmapprom.img file that ONLY has the 48 united states without Canada and Mexico? I hope that can reduce the 2010 version *.img to be less than 991MB. Torrent download will be great!
