Isn't win7 be able to have that type of UI ?
win7 is slightly heavy, slower on the same hardware, but new Intel chip should be able compete with ARM chip in terms of power consumption or raw performance.
Overall, I think 10" tablet is hyped too much. The price for this tablet including keyboard is very close to a much faster laptop, which is cabpabile to do all things.
