如何用7-zip 代替WinRaR 來打開movie 的rar file?

我在網上下載一些個老電影, 都是rar file, 可是現在的WinRaR不是free 的了, 聽說7-zip 可用.

可下載後不知如何用法,(搞不好) 哪位大俠肯指點一下嗎? 多謝了!
