cable上網速度

新裝的optimum cable上網， 說是15mb，但是我用http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ 去測試速度，下載隻有6mb， 並且還是找最近的地方（NY）。為什麽會差那麽多，都少一半啊？ 你們的速度是多少？
