If it's issue due to blocked ports or router setup, changing to another ATA won't help.

我的一個ata在這邊配置sipgate好好的，放到中國愣是打不通。中美兩邊都用同樣的nonoh帳號，可用IPKALL，中國那邊就不響鈴。

This could be router setup problem.
