This is the ansewer from page plus regarding how to port in your number. Hopefully it helps.

We will be glad to port a number into pageplus for you.

To do so we require the following information:

• The name of your current service provider;

• The type of your current service provider (Wireless, Landline, VoIP, etc.);

• The phone number that you wish to have ported;

• The account number;

• The password on the account;

• The ESN (or MEID) of the device/phone you wish to have the ported number on;

• A good contact number for you (other than the ported number);

• Name and address;

Select the option to "activate a phone and port my current phone number."

 

There is no charge for porting a phone number from another service provider.  The porting process typically takes about 3 hours when porting a wireless number if all information submitted is correct.

 

Please note:  We can only guarantee successful activation with Page Plus phones, and we strongly recommend the use of Page Plus phones with Page Plus service.  However, while we strongly recommend Page Plus phones, we do recognize that some people prefer to re-use their own handsets.  To that end, we are more than happy to try to activate any eligible refurbished or pre-owned CDMA phone on our network.

We are not able to activate brand new phones that are built for other companies' networks.

We are not able to activate devices designed for another provider's prepaid service.

We are not able to activate Blackberry nor iPhone devices.

There are other devices that may not be eligible for activation that are not listed here specifically.

For best results, please make sure the phone you are trying to activate is unlocked.

I don't know how they determine if I have a brand new phone or used phone. I just got Palm Pixi Plus for Verizon.
