Palm Pixi failed to sign up Palm Profile

After I dial *22890 to successfully programmed my Palm Pixi, but can not sign up or skip to signa up with Palm Profile. Always says network connection is not avaliable, but signal bar was almost full.

Does anyone have the similar problem?

I am wonderring whether something wrong with my phone?
