3. You must have a voip softphone either in your smart cell phone or in the computer.  iSip for iphone andX-lite for computer are examples. Or you can have a phone adapter like HT502 which connects with a regular phone. Set as below for your voip softphone or phone adapter.

When setting in HT502 , please select following options. The others are default.

• SIP Transport:  UDP 

• NAT Traversal (STUN):   No, but send keep-alive

• SIP User ID:  your ipkall phone number

• Authenticate Password: XXXX     

• Preferred DTMF method:    Priority 1: RFC2833 

 

 

 

 

4. Make sure your softphone or phone adapter registering with our system. To call the ipkall phone number if you can get the ringing by your phone(softphone). Then it shows that your setting is correct. 

 

Now you can receive the call when people call your ipkall phone number and call out.
