I am using Pandigital Novel 7' ereader. It has everything you are looking for except e-ink. It is easily hacked (google it) and can be used as table computer. I bought it for $80. It is definitely not a perfect eReader especally for touch screen but has highter cost/benefit if you don't want spend more than $200 on iPad or Nook.
