tried to set it up as instructed by quick start guide.
step 1: went to login.nettalk.com to activate teh device and got my phone #. no problem.
step 2. connected duo to router & phone and power it on. got a problem, duo could not regidter and no dial tone. did a initial research and got a hint. my router(WRT54GX4) is on the black list, see following link for detail;http://www.nettalk.co/faq/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=255
already submit a ticket. will come back to let your guys know the result.
