Okay, you are facing dtmf an issue. There is not much you can do if you are using your computer to make the phone call. There are basically a couple of major dtmf modes. rfc2833 is one and inband is the other. If you use voip IP phones or ata adapters, you would know that there are choices for dtmf modes.
