If you don't play games, ATI low end 5 series

 

These days HDMI port is a "must have" item for a video card. You can go with ATI low end 5 series, which should have HDMI audio pass through. Perhaps, Nvidia also has the similar low end one, but I haven't heard it has audio pass through. Relevantly Nvidia does better job in terms of software driver. ATI provides more feature at chip level.
