裝機 is not for saving money. It's more like hobby.

 

You can customerized the PC in the way that you really want. For example,

Fanless on CPU, Video or even Power Supply.

Overclocking system for maximum performance, or underclocking it for the minimum noise or power consumption.

Maximum space for large number of disks. Later on you can use it as NAS when it's outdated.

Usually, people go with good quality component when they assemble PC by themselves.

If you only think about the price/convenient, then better to go with DELL.
