關於Local Sipsorcery在XP Pro /SP3上的配置

SS不讓注冊了，想自己Run一個，在Win7上很快成功。但想用一個舊機器，在XP Pro/SP3上運行sipsorcery-appsvr.exe -c, 什麽反應也沒有，localhost也起不了？請問哪位高手有成功的經驗，請指教。
