T mobile 差勁至極

剛轉到 tmobile. 收到第一個帳單，亂七八糟，根本看不懂。給tmobile 打了六個電話，居然沒人能解釋得清楚。最後鬧到 supervisor, supervisor也看不懂。 最後將看不懂的部分credit給我。 但要等到下個帳單才行。 我的天。 我用過的wireless 公司，就客服來說，ATT 最好，verizon其次，sprint 沒用過，tmobile 最爛。
