Sometimes even if you were wrong, they'd still give you the money if you call. I had a few requests sent in late, but I called and told them it was the post office's fault and they said to keep such a loyal customer (meaning moi!, who only bought twice before) happy, they'd honor the rebate. The next day they sent the check!
