4500HD chip should be able to hanel 1080P. Otherwise, why it has HDMI output.
My Acer 11.6" netbook with single core and 4500HD integrated video doesn't
have problem to display 1080P on TV. 4500HD is enough to play 1080P video
as long as you have the latest intel video driver installed.
