請大俠們診斷一下我的viop是怎麽了

VOIP設置是: : gv + ipkall + rynga

ipkall的號碼已被gv確認.但我打 gv 號碼時, 聽到的是: To access your account, please enter your 4 digits pin.


為什麽要登錄我的帳戶呀?我隻是從我的手機打我的gv號碼. 要輸入哪個(gv + ipkall + rynga)pin啊?
