Help!! updating Win 7 English to Win 7 Chinese

Hello, need help!

Bought a HP TouchSmart laptop and plan to take back to China next month for my dad. Only issue is he needs to have the O/S updated to Chinese version instead of the Home Premium English version.  So basically a O/S flush is needed. After this is done, can I still use the English-version driver CD which came together with the laptop and get all the original drivers installed?

Is there any better solution than this?  Saw postings about using Vistalizer, does anybody have any positive or negative experience??
