It might be video chip problem. Does it have integraed Nvidia video chip ?

Many notebooks, HP, DELL models have this problem. Like my DELL D630 had 

the problem, and got MB replaced by DELL because Latitude series have 3

year warranty, and Nvidia had deal with HP, DELL to extend 1 more year

for the video problem.
