tools--->options--->personal--->找到my status--->uncheck the box for not showing "away" even when you are inactive. (or adjust the "inactive time" up to a longer minutes' setting, e.g. change 10 minutes into 100 minutes)

automatic "sign out" is very common thing that may due to all kinds of reasons, such as network down, msn server maintenance, or fluctuation of your internet signal. No biggie.
