家裏的上網信號不好，怎麽辦？

上網的cable在樓下，我在樓上用筆記本,信號有時有，有時弱，請問除了加錢給網絡公司調高流量，有沒有其它辦法？
最近有個朋友住在樓下，每天用網絡看視頻，我現在感覺明顯的速度慢了不少，有沒有什麽辦法可以解決這個問題？
