VD call-out ID turns to ramdon #

Just happened yesterday, my VD call-out ID turned to be random number, it used to be my cell#, and worked well until yesterday. Did not change any setting on my SPA 3102. Have you guys experienced this recently?

This is really annoying, now, when we call out or my wife calls me from my house, my friend and I can not tell who is calling. Any solution to it? Thanks in advance.
