You can login remote side any time as long as remote PC is online. My parents do not know how to send me a request from MSN. Thanks for the suggestion anyway. I do not have problem to remote control their PC. What I am worried is in case I do not have way to login on their PC or something wrong so their PC is not able to online. onekey restore seems a good idea for this case. Thank you all the suggestions.
