whistle phone works, but...

Thanks for the info. I just downloaded the whistle phone app on my iphone and it worked well, but it seems the app is only available for apple products, such as iphone, ipad and ipod touch. Is there a similar software for PC? My relatives in China all use PCs and it is not worth for them to buy one of the apple products just for occasional calling me. Any insights are appreciated.
