The largest chunk will be your download, temporary internet files, windows installation backup files etc.

If you can get space out of removing program, your C disk might just be 3 or 4 GB, right?

You can enlarge disk C, but you need to get some empty space in immediate adjacent it. Vista can do that.

Oh, Vista will have 20GB of trash for drivers. Forgot about the directory name.
