like IPKALL, when IP changed on your ATA, the IPKALL won't forward to your ATA. you have to set your ATA on static IP, such as 192.168.0.100, and the port forwarding has to forward to this static IP, then the path is working.
you can use port Trigging on your router in replace of port forwarding, which does not require static IP, and your ATA can be on dynamic IP, that is a benefit that your ATA can use the DHCP on your router, and you only need to specify the port of needed for the SIP client.
