求救：電腦被惡意網站攻擊

我的電腦被一惡意網站（www.2719.com)攻擊，病狀如下：1）每次啟動電腦時，IE會自動啟動，並出現www.2719.com主頁；2）IE的默認主頁被改並鎖定為MSN主頁，無法再改動；3）管理員權限被disable。誠心向各們求救。
