電腦下載完firefox3.6.4後，就上不了網了

我家的台式電腦，前幾天我更新升級到firefox3.6.4，操作完就不能上網了。

說是：The proxy server is refusing connections.
Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections.
1). check the proxy settings to make sure that they are correct.
2). contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working.

我以為火狐被我弄壞了，就點擊IE，結果也不work. 現在是根本就上不了網，但我的筆記本還可以上網（也是前幾天升級的），所以好像不是我家網的問題吧，那是什麽呢，可以指點一下嗎？
