多謝！我還是找不出毛病。我檢查了sound,audio&game controller

裏麵顯示兩個：Intel(R) High Definition Audio HDMI 和Realtech High definition Audio. 兩個都顯示This device is working properly. 請問，這隻是speaker 還是包括了microphone?

我也通過control panel裏Hardware and Sound/Sound/Change system sounds/recording/microphone properties 裏檢查了driver.點擊了update driver, 選擇網上自動找尋，結果：window determined the driver is up to date不需要update。麥克音量也是最大，boost也是＋20dB，但是在listen那裏，卻聽不到麥克風工作。您有何建議？謝謝！
