求教，怎樣設置我的dial plan

請問，我在歐洲比利時， 我的SPQ1001 的dial plan設置是 ，

(*xx|#xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)
我用的是 voipstunt
比利時的代碼是 0032， 城市代碼是16，比利時市內6位號。
如何設置能打中國 （0086） 的號碼， 中國內城市區號（21 or 27） 加市內號(8位）？
非常感謝。自己試了幾次，沒成功.
